2. Scope of Services

We provide general handyman and property maintenance services. These include but are not limited to:

• Repairs
• Fittings and installations
• Minor plumbing and electrical tasks (non‑certifiable work)
• Painting, decorating, and maintenance

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes may be provided verbally, by message, or via email.
• Prices may change if the scope of work changes.
• Material costs are charged separately unless agreed otherwise.

4. Booking & Cancellations

• You may cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover lost time or travel costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the work area.
• Ensure the property is structurally safe for the work being carried out.
• Provide accurate information and photos when requesting a quote.

6. Photo Upload Consent

When uploading photos through our contact form, you consent to us storing and reviewing those images for the sole purpose of assessing your job request.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for pre‑existing issues or hidden defects.
• We are not liable for any loss caused by misuse or improper maintenance after the work is completed.
• We hold no responsibility for delays caused by factors outside our control.

8. Warranty

We guarantee workmanship for a reasonable period, depending on the nature of the job. Materials used are subject to manufacturer warranties.

9. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices, where issued, must be paid within 7 days.
